Received a damaged item?
If the item arrives with damage, we will replace the item.
Please send pictures that show the damage to Support@shotshapes.com to begin the return process.
Returns of this type have to be submitted within 20 days of item receipt.
Need a different size?
In the case that you receive an item and it doesn't fit, we will send you a different size provided you return it in unused/unwashed condition.
In this case we do ask you to pay return shipping, but we will cover shipping the new product to you.
To begin a return, please email support@shotshapes.com and request the size you want.
Product has a defect
If the item has a defect from the manufacture, printing, or embroidery process we'll take care of this for you and send a new one.
Please send images that show the defect to Support@shotshapes.com to begin the return process.
Returns of this type have to be submitted within 30 days of item receipt.
Canceling an order
Orders that have already been submitted and are in the “Processing” status or “Shipped” status cannot be cancelled and must be returned.
